HVAC System

It stabilizes operating temperature for battery modules and power electronics, prevents overheating or low‑temperature derating.

Warning System

Continuously monitors temperature, smoke and electrical status across the container. 

Fire Fighting System

Dedicated fire suppression responds rapidly upon fire hazard signals, executes fire‑extinguishing actions to protect battery and power equipment inside the cabinet.

Inverter

Performs DC‑AC power conversion between battery bank, solar PV input, grid and local C&I loads. It manages battery charging and discharging, and handles grid‑tied power exchange for peak shaving and solar self‑consumption.

PDU

Power distribution unit for each battery string. It conducts current distribution, over‑current protection, and collects real‑time battery data via CAN bus, supervising every series‑connected battery string independently.

Battery Module

Multiple modules are assembled in series to build high‑voltage battery strings, storing renewable energy and supplying power on demand.

1. How is the 20ft container BESS shipped? Is it fully pre-tested?

It is shipped as a complete single 20ft standard container unit, no split shipment. The entire system (batteries, PCS, BMS, cooling, fire system, wiring) is fully assembled and 100% factory tested before shipping. You receive one ready-to-deploy container, no missing parts, no on-site assembly confusion, and it fits all standard container ships and truck transport worldwide.

2. 20ft container ESS vs split indoor 500kw+1000kwh energy storage system: which is better?

For C&I users, container type is superior in most cases. Container ESS: outdoor deployable, no need to occupy valuable factory indoor production space, integrated fire & cooling system, no indoor fire safety pressure. 3. Is the 20ft container easy to expand for future project upgrade?
